Custom Silk Scarves, Made to Your Design
From a single artwork to a full brand collection — we print your design, logo or pattern onto 100% silk twill with digital precision and hand-finished edges.
Four Steps, From Artwork to Finished Scarf
1. Design & Artwork
Send your artwork, logo or reference. Our studio prepares print-ready files and advises on colour and layout.
2. Sampling
We weave and print a physical sample on silk twill so you can approve the hand, colour and drape before production.
3. Digital Printing
High-definition digital printing reproduces millions of colours and fine detail across the full scarf surface.
4. Hand Rolled Edges
Each scarf is finished with hand-rolled, hand-stitched hems — the finishing touch of true silk craft.

Sizes we make
Every size below is cut to order. Where a size is not on the list, we cut to your dimensions — send the measurement and we will confirm it against the fabric width before quoting. Both inches and centimetres are given, because a scarf sold in one market is often specified in the other.

Larger squares carry a full repeat or a bordered design at scale; the smaller sizes suit a single motif, a logo or a border print. Tell us the finished size and the target retail price together and we will confirm which fabric weight holds the design best.
Four formats buyers order most

Square Silk Scarves
The classic format and the widest print area. Worn folded on the bias, and the shape most retail collections are built around.

Long Scarves & Shawls
A long format that wraps at the neck or over the shoulders. The shawl sizes give the largest canvas for a full repeat.

Diamond Silk Scarves
A square worn rotated, so the point falls at the front. Reads as a neckerchief or a bandana tie.

Skinny / Small Long Scarves
Narrow and long, for a slim accent or a belt-style tie. The smallest print area, so the artwork has to be simplified.
The Finishing Craft
Twelve ways to finish a silk scarf — from a hand-rolled hem to jacquard weaving. The finish decides how the scarf falls, how it ages, and what it costs to make.
Hand-Rolled Hem
Rolled and stitched by hand, one scarf at a time. The roll is softer and the stitch almost invisible — the finish used on high-end silk squares.
Machine-Rolled Hem
A rolled hem sewn by machine. Even and consistent, and the most economical of the rolled finishes; the roll sits slightly tighter than a hand-rolled edge.
Dense Overlock
A tight overlock stitch that fully encloses the raw edge. Hard-wearing and neat, and it suits scarves that will be worn daily.
Triangle Stitch Overlock Hem
An overlocked edge worked with a triangular stitch. A durable, deliberately decorative finish that suits lighter silk and higher volumes.
French Seam
Both raw edges are enclosed inside a folded seam, so no cut edge shows on either face. Used where the reverse of the scarf is seen.
Short Fringed Hem
A short twisted fringe. The scarf keeps a clean rectangle while the edge stays soft and light in the hand.
Lace Trim
A lace trim applied along the edge. The scarf gains a defined border without changing the body of the silk.
Crochet Lace Edge
A crocheted lace border worked along the edge. Adds an open, soft texture and a deliberate vintage feel.
Single-Sided Printing
Print applied to the face of the cloth. The reverse stays the ground colour — the usual choice for a one-sided design.
Double-Sided Printing
Both faces printed, so the design reads the same from either side. Used for scarves worn turned or displayed flat.
Jacquard Weaving
The design is woven into the cloth with coloured yarns rather than printed onto it, so the pattern cannot wash out or crack.
Embroidery
Thread worked directly onto the silk. Adds dimension and a hand-made marker on top of the print.
Custom Printed Scarves, Five Ways
Most custom scarf briefs land on one of five routes. Pick the one that matches what you already have — artwork, a logo, a brand to put your name on, a quantity to price, or nothing but an idea.
What a Custom Silk Scarf Order Needs Before Sampling
A successful custom silk scarf order is decided before the first sample is printed. The artwork, scarf size, fabric, momme weight, edge finish, label position and packaging should be clear enough that the sample can test the real production route, not just the visual idea. This is especially important for fashion brands, museum stores, hotels, beauty companies and corporate gifting teams because the scarf must feel premium and still meet a commercial budget.
Artwork and Colour Control
We review repeat patterns, border placement, logo size and colour expectations before printing. Buyers can send Pantone references, brand guidelines, previous samples or retail packaging so the scarf works with the whole brand system.
Fabric and Finish Choice
Silk twill is the standard for luxury printed scarves, but charmeuse, habotai, chiffon and crepe de chine can fit different budgets and drape requirements. Hand rolled edges give the most refined finish, while machine hems support simpler promotional orders.
Retail and Private Label Setup
For private label silk scarves, the product is not complete until the label, hang tag, care label, gift box and carton mark are planned. We help buyers separate production cost from retail presentation cost before bulk order approval.
Start at 100 Pieces
A low MOQ of 100 pieces per design lets you test a collection or launch a brand without overcommitting. Sampling before production is always available.
