Shawls, Made to Order
Generously sized silk shawls and wraps — the larger format, custom printed and hand finished.
Every silk shawl is made to order from mulberry silk, digitally printed to your design and finished by hand. You control the fabric, size, colour and branding — not buying off-the-shelf stock.
B2B buyers need to decide whether a silk shawl fits the project before sampling begins. Fashion brands often need a stronger story around fabric, artwork and finishing. Corporate buyers usually care more about logo placement, packaging, delivery date and stable repeat orders. Museum shops, hotels, beauty brands and promotional programs need a format that looks premium but still works inside a clear purchasing budget.
We quote each project by size, silk fabric, momme weight, printing method, edge finish, label, packaging and quantity. That makes the quotation easier to compare than a generic silk scarf price because the cost drivers are visible before sampling starts.

Best Fit
Shawls work best when the buyer wants a silk accessory that can carry visible artwork and brand value. If you are not sure whether this format is the right choice, compare it with our square scarves, neck scarves and gift box scarf programs, or send a reference image and we will suggest the closest production route.
Silk Shawls: Size, Weight and Drape
A shawl is not a scaled-up scarf. It is worn draped over the shoulders rather than knotted at the neck, so the printed face is seen in folds and at an angle instead of flat — which makes weight and drape more important than fine detail. Size, momme and edge finish are decided together: a heavier fabric holds a firm edge and reads more like a wrap, a lighter one falls closer to the body but shows colour differently in the folds. A custom shawl is quoted on those three decisions, so ask to see it draped on a figure at sampling rather than laid flat.
Printed Shawls and Oversized Silk Wraps
Because the format is larger, a pattern that works at 65 cm can look sparse at 140 cm — the repeat is redrawn for the larger size rather than enlarged, which is why artwork for a shawl should be prepared after the size is set. The hem also matters more: there is simply more length to finish, and on a large, light fabric a hand-rolled edge takes noticeably longer per piece than on a small square. Confirm whether the shawls are pressed and packed flat, rolled or folded, because a large piece holds a crease across the print if it is compressed the wrong way.
