Square Scarves, Made to Order

Classic 90×90cm squares, the traditional canvas for silk art and brand prints.

Every square silk scarf is made to order from mulberry silk, digitally printed to your design and finished by hand. You control the fabric, size, colour and branding — not buying off-the-shelf stock.

B2B buyers need to decide whether a square silk scarf fits the project before sampling begins. Fashion brands often need a stronger story around fabric, artwork and finishing. Corporate buyers usually care more about logo placement, packaging, delivery date and stable repeat orders. Museum shops, hotels, beauty brands and promotional programs need a format that looks premium but still works inside a clear purchasing budget.

We quote each project by size, silk fabric, momme weight, printing method, edge finish, label, packaging and quantity. That makes the quotation easier to compare than a generic silk scarf price because the cost drivers are visible before sampling starts.

Best Fit

Square Scarves work best when the buyer wants a silk accessory that can carry visible artwork and brand value. If you are not sure whether this format is the right choice, compare it with our square scarves, neck scarves and gift box scarf programs, or send a reference image and we will suggest the closest production route.

Planning a Square Silk Scarf Program

Square scarves give the most room for artwork, border composition and multiple styling options. The 90 x 90 cm format works well for fashion brands and retail collections, while 53 x 53 cm and 36 x 36 cm formats are easier to position for uniforms, promotions and gift sets. A square scarf quote should identify the finished size after hemming, printable area, corner treatment, fold method and packaging. If the scarf will be sold in a box, approve the folded presentation before bulk production so the artwork remains visible at retail.

Square Silk Scarves in 90, 53 and 36 cm

The three common square sizes are not simply scaled versions of one another — they change how the artwork is composed. A 90 cm square can carry a full illustrated field with a border; at 53 cm the border becomes proportionally heavier and the centre has less room; at 36 cm the design usually works best as a single motif or a small repeat. Decide the size before the artwork is drawn, not after, because recomposing a design for a different square is the most common cause of a delayed sample.

Corner Treatment, Folded Presentation and Packing

A square scarf is almost never seen flat. It is folded into a triangle or a narrow band before it is worn, so the corner treatment and the centre placement decide what actually shows. Approve the folded presentation as part of the sample — the same artwork can look considered or accidental depending on where the fold line falls. Packing follows the same decision: flat, folded or rolled packing each changes how the scarf is pressed and how it is revealed when opened.
