Silk Scarf MOQ & Pricing

A low minimum order of 100 pieces lets you test a design or launch a brand without overcommitting.

Silk scarf bulk production

Start Small, Scale at Your Own Pace

We support both small-batch customisation and large-scale production. Begin with 100 pieces per design, approve a sample, then scale to any quantity. Nothing about the specification has to change between the first run and the tenth — only the quantity does.

Order basics

  • Minimum order: 100 pieces per design and colour
  • Lead time: about 3 weeks after sample approval
  • Sampling: available before production, on the fabric you have chosen
  • Pricing: tiered by quantity — larger runs, lower unit cost

What changes the unit price

The final price depends on scarf size, fabric, momme weight, printing method, edge finish, label, packaging and order quantity. A 100 piece test order is useful for validating artwork and market response, while larger orders lower the unit cost by spreading setup, printing and finishing across more pieces. Tell us your target retail price or gifting budget and we will suggest a specification that fits it.

Quantity Tiers

How the Price Drops as the Run Grows

Two things drive the unit price down: the setup work spread across more pieces, and the fabric ordered in larger volume. Neither is a discount we can extend at will — they are costs that genuinely fall.

Trial run

Enough to validate artwork, colour and market response before committing further.

First collection

A full seasonal run across several designs, produced together.

Repeat & wholesale

Larger volume and reorders, where setup is already amortised and the unit cost is at its lowest.

Send us the design and the quantity you have in mind. We will quote it as it stands and tell you what the price would be at the next tier up — so the decision is yours rather than ours.

Sampling

Sampling Before Bulk

No bulk run starts without a physical sample you have approved. The sample is where colour, hand and finish get settled — on screen they never quite do.

Artwork proof first

We return a digital proof so layout, repeats and placement can be corrected before anything is printed.

Physical sample

A scarf is printed and finished on the fabric you chose, so you can judge the hand and the drape, not just the colour.

Approved sample stays the reference

Bulk production is matched to the sample you sign off. The file and colour settings stay on record.

QuoteSend artwork and quantity. We confirm specification, unit price and the tier above it.
Artwork proofPrint-ready file prepared; you approve layout, repeats and colour references.
SampleA physical sample is printed and finished on your chosen fabric for approval.
Bulk productionPrinting, hemming, labelling and packing. About 3 weeks after sample approval.
Before shippingPhotos of the finished goods are sent so problems are caught before transit.
ShippingFlat, rolled or boxed packing, to your destination and carton marking.

Lead time is counted from sample approval, not from the quote — so the fastest way to move a program forward is usually to settle the artwork and the sample first.
