Scarves for Fashion Brands
Your Brand, Our Craft

For fashion and accessory brands, we manufacture silk twill scarves under your label — OEM following your design, or ODM from our original collections. From fabric to packaging, every piece is made to the standard of high fashion and carries your name. Build a scarf collection without building a factory.
OEM or ODM — which one you need
OEM means we manufacture to your design under your label. You bring the artwork, the format and the brand direction; we handle fabric, printing, finishing and packing.
ODM means the design comes from our own collections. You select from patterns and colourways we already hold, and we produce them under your label.
Most brand programmes start as ODM and move to OEM. The first season is about testing the format and the price point; once a scarf sells, the brief becomes specific and it turns into an OEM order. Knowing which one you are buying is what makes a quotation comparable.
From design file to bulk delivery
The same six steps run on every order, whether it is a single showpiece or a full collection.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 · Brief | You send whatever you have — idea, logo, reference, brand guide, target format. |
| 2 · Concept | We develop the concept and send a digital artwork proof for comment. |
| 3 · Layout | Repeats, borders, centre placement and hem allowance are set for your chosen size. |
| 4 · Proof approval | You approve the artwork. Nothing is printed until you do. |
| 5 · Sample | A physical scarf is printed and finished on your chosen fabric for final approval. |
| 6 · Bulk | Production matched to the approved sample, about 3 weeks after approval. |
Artwork development is part of the project rather than a separate charge.
Choosing the weave for your collection
The weave decides how the cloth behaves far more than the fibre does, and it is the decision most often made last when it should be made first.
| Weave | Momme | Character | Usually chosen for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silk twill | 14–19 | A fine diagonal rib. Body, drape, subtle sheen. Takes print with depth. | Printed scarves worn at the neck. The standard. |
| Charmeuse | 16–22 | Satin weave, glossy face and matte back. Soft and fluid. | Scarves that should catch light. |
| Crepe de chine | 12–16 | Fine pebbled surface, matte, identical on both faces. | A quiet finish and an even drape. |
| Habotai | 5–12 | Light, sheer, plain-woven. The most accessible silk. | Lightweight printed scarves and linings. |
| Jacquard | 14–19 | The pattern is woven into the cloth rather than printed on it. | Scarves where the design is part of the weave. |
If you are unsure which weave suits your artwork, send the design and we will tell you what it will do on each one.
Printing, finishing and packing under your label
Printing is digital or screen. Digital carries no screen setup, so it suits short runs and artwork with many colours. Screen printing adds a setup cost per colour and then prints cheaper per piece at volume.
Edges are hand rolled and hand stitched, or machine hemmed. The hand-rolled edge is the visible signal that the scarf is silk, and it is the finish most brand programmes choose.
Labels, hang tags, care labels, barcodes and retail packaging are all produced to your specification. Because these are quoted as separate lines, you can see what each element costs and decide which ones your collection needs.
Minimum order, artwork and lead times
Minimum order is 100 pieces per design. A collection of several designs is quoted as several minimums.
You send the artwork or a reference; we set the repeat, the layout and the hem allowance for your chosen size, and send a digital proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it. A physical sample is then printed and finished on your chosen fabric, and bulk production follows the approved sample — about 3 weeks after approval.
- First season: a single design or a short run, to test the format and the price point.
- Once a scarf sells: the brief becomes specific, and the order moves to OEM.
- Repeat orders: produced to the approved sample held on file, without the artwork stage being run again.
Buyer questions
What is the minimum order for a brand scarf collection?
100 pieces per design. A collection of four designs is quoted as four minimums, because each design is printed and finished separately.
Can you produce scarves under our own label?
Yes — that is the standard arrangement. Labels, hang tags, care labels and retail packaging are produced to your specification, and every element is quoted as its own line.
Do you work from our design files?
Yes. Send whatever you have — artwork, a reference, a brand guide, or a rough idea. We develop the concept and set the layout for your chosen format, then send a digital proof. Artwork development is part of the project rather than a separate charge.
How long does a brand order take?
Bulk production runs about 3 weeks after the sample is approved. Artwork development and sampling sit ahead of that and depend on how quickly the proof is signed off.
Can we start with one scarf before committing to a collection?
Yes. Most programmes begin with a single design to test the format and the price point. The minimum of 100 pieces applies to that design, and the approved sample is kept on file for the designs that follow.
