Corporate Gift Scarves
A Gift That Lasts

A corporate gift should be remembered. A silk twill scarf is kept, worn and treasured — the kind of gift that reflects well on your company for years. We print your logo, motif or design onto silk scarves for clients, employees and partners, finished with hand-rolled edges and presented in branded packaging.
A corporate gift that stays in use
Most corporate gifts are consumed, displayed briefly, or quietly discarded. A silk scarf is worn — which means the gift is in front of other people, repeatedly, long after the occasion it marked.
We print the design onto 100% mulberry silk, most often 14–19mm twill, and finish every piece with a hand-rolled, hand-stitched hem. The result is a gift that reads as considered rather than as merchandise with a logo on it.
That shift in how a gift reads is the whole reason to choose silk. It is a decision about what the recipient does with the object afterwards, not about the object itself.
Gift programmes we produce
Annual and year-end gifting
Year-end programmes usually need one design, one format and a delivery window that cannot move. Tell us the date at quotation stage — packing method and destination affect how early the order needs to be released.
Client and partner appreciation
Gifts sent to clients are judged on presentation. These orders are normally boxed, with the scarf folded so the printed centre shows when the box is opened.
Onboarding and long-service gifts
Internal gifts tend to repeat, and they usually want one scarf that works for everyone. A 90×90cm square in twill is the common answer; a neck scarf is the common answer in warmer climates.
Milestones and anniversaries
Company anniversaries and project milestones often want a design that is used once and dated. A dated design is developed from scratch, so it goes through the full artwork stage — proof, then a physical sample, then bulk.
What you can specify
| Specification | Options | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Weave | Silk twill 14–19mm · silk charmeuse 16–22mm · silk habotai 5–12mm | Twill is the standard for a printed gift scarf: body, drape and print depth. Charmeuse is glossier on the face. Habotai is lighter and more economical. |
| Format | 90×90cm · 53×53cm · 36×36cm · neck scarf · pocket square | A 90cm square is the classic gift format. Smaller formats pack flat and post more easily. |
| Printing | Digital printing · screen printing | Digital suits photographed or detailed artwork. Screen printing suits simple marks at high volume. |
| Edge finish | Hand rolled and hand stitched · machine hem | The hand-rolled edge is the visible signal that the gift is silk. It is slower and it is a line on the quotation. |
| Packaging | Branded box · folded presentation · card or note | Presentation changes how the scarf is folded and how the box is sized, so it is worth fixing at quotation stage. |
| Carton mark | Your own mark · neutral | Affects how the order is packed and how it clears the destination. |
Packaging and presentation
A gift is opened before it is worn, so the fold and the box are part of the product. We fold to show the printed centre where the design has one, and fold flat where the design is a repeating pattern.
Boxes, cards and carton marks are quoted as their own lines. That way you can see what the presentation costs, and drop any element you do not need without renegotiating the scarf.
If the gift carries a card or a note, say so at quotation stage. It is a small detail that changes the fold and the box dimensions.
Minimum order, artwork and lead times
Minimum order is 100 pieces per design.
You send whatever you have — a logo, a brand guide, a reference, or an idea. We develop the concept, set the layout for your chosen format, and send a digital proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it. Artwork development is part of the project rather than a separate charge.
A physical sample is printed and finished on your chosen fabric for final approval, and bulk follows the approved sample. Bulk runs about 3 weeks after approval.
- What to send us: artwork or a logo file, brand colours, the format, the quantity, and the date the gift has to be ready.
- What we send back: a digital proof, then a physical sample on your chosen fabric.
- What we need before bulk: artwork approval, sample approval, and the packing and presentation method.
- What travels with the order: photographs of the finished scarves before they ship.
Buyer questions
What is the minimum order for corporate gift scarves?
100 pieces per design. A programme using several designs is quoted as several minimums, because each design is printed and finished separately.
Can the scarves be boxed for gifting?
Yes. Boxes, presentation folds and carton marks are all quoted as their own lines, so you can see the cost of each and remove what you do not need.
How early should a gift order be placed?
Bulk production runs about 3 weeks after the sample is approved, and artwork development and sampling sit ahead of that. For a fixed delivery date, tell us the date at quotation stage so the lead time and the shipping plan are built around it.
Can we use a different design for different recipients?
Yes, but each design carries its own minimum of 100 pieces and its own artwork stage. Where the difference is only a name or a date, tell us at quotation stage — it changes how the artwork is prepared.
Do you print onto both sides?
The design is printed onto the face of the cloth. How much shows through to the reverse depends on the weave and the momme, so if the reverse matters, say so when you choose the fabric and we will advise on which weave suits.
